Windows 10: All my windows move from one monitor to another. Why is this?

Hi, I have a dual monitor setup. One is 27inch 1440p and the other one is 24 1080p. Every time I'm done using my pc I use Windows+L then sleep mode. When I power it back on it moves everything onto the 27inch. Is this normal when I power it I have to type my passcode to log in it only shows up on one display. Is this normal any help would be nice.

My workaround is to use PowerPoint Screen Recorder but this need additional screen capture.

The reason for Screen Recorder is Windows 10 Mouse Cursor for Office Menu item disappear when select Screen Capture App. It is cumbersome to show Tech Support what is selected on Office App on captured screen...

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
