Windows 10: all of a sudden have to keep signing in to ebay of yahoo

I a few days ago tried to clean cookies on PC and now I have to keep signing in on ebay, yahoo, eveything HELP.

Thanks, those are all steps I completed before posting on the Help forum. Today, I was able to sign in. Perhaps it was a problem on Yahoo!'s end. Thank you for your suggestions.

I suggest you to recheck your log in credentials and try log in again.

As a work around, I suggest you to check with eBay customer support and see if it helps.

Yahoo email sign-in (iPhone)

  After many, many Attempts I am not able to have Yahoo email sign in my new SE iphone, even along side of my two PCS that do sign in properly. Yahoo help sites only lead me in circles. Yahoo sends me an account key, but then does not allow me to sign
  in again. Somehow I am able to use the phone both incoming and out.
  
  I have been able to sync Contacts also.
  
  Help would be appreciated.
