Windows 10: All of a sudden I can only read&execute because no write permission in "ALL APPLICATION...

Hi,Just tried to change a file but realized that all of a sudden I dont have any permission to change files in C."ALL APPLICATION PACKAGES" read&execute only. What is this in my permissions list superceding my admin permissions in every folder except for my user folder??How do I fix this? I want my admin account to have full ADMIN access to eveything and I never want to be promped or denied again.Gus

NTFS Permission Confuse me

1. Full control:
   
2. Modify
   
3. Read & execute:
   
4. List folder contents:
   
5. Read:
   
6. Write:
   

The write and read permission within the NFTS permission confuses me can you explain or simplify these permission in regards to a file and and folder please

 

Default group permissions for ProgramData folder?

Here are the User permissions I have in my Windows 10 Home Explorer for Program Data:

CREATOR OWNER - Allow Special Permissions

SYSTEM - Allow Full control, Modify, Read & Execute, List folder contents, Read, Write

Administrators - Same as System

Users - Read & Execute, List folder contents, Read, Special Permissions

I actually came across this same link before and believe it to be either incorrect or not detailed. For example :

• Users: Read, List, Execute
  

Available options are full control, modify, read & execute, list folder contents, read, write, special permissions. Does that mean read & execute, list folder contents, and read? Or is read & execute and list folder contents?

Aside from that the person who posted this answer did so 11 years ago and there is no mention of where his answer is founded from.
