Windows 10: All of a sudden I can only read&execute even though im on admin account

Hi,Just tried to change a file but realized that all of a sudden I dont have any permission to change files in C. Only user folders.Read&execute only now through normal user version of my account. When I check my account setting>account>info or try to add through cmd it says its already administrator.How do I get my admin permissions and control back again without having to add permissions to the normal account? If it's a dell laptop and there is an admin account that is only listed in safe mode the password maybe DELL (default dell admin password).

 

How to change admin user account name?

ah so main admin account is 'wizzle' which is what I am currently on
I make another account called 'wizzle2' (with admin rights)
I sign out of 'wizzle' and sign into 'wizzle2'.
And once signed into 'wizzle2', then I do the command prompt step and find the SID for 'wizzle' that is listed and go from there?
