Windows 10: All of my files become broken everytime I shut down or open my pc

It's been like this for months. I'm not sure whether it happens when I shut down or open my PC. But every time I did, some of my files became corrupted. It caused a lot of my programs to not be able to launch. I have to redownload almost everything, but when I open up my PC, more and more files become corrupted, including the ones I just redownloaded. I eventually tried formatting my computer, deleting every single file, and resetting it to factory settings. Everything seems fine at first but after 3-5 days, it starts reappearing. I even tried installing a brand new window, but it still came b

Simply, HOW? I got the DDS plugin but the POS wont open DDS files still. Can someone give me a step-by-step rundown of how to install the DDS plugin for gimp so I know if I'm missing something?

 

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)
