Windows 10: All of my microsoft software and ability to connect to the internet has completely disappeared off

All of my microsoft software and ability to connect to the internet has completely disappeared off my microsoft surface. I paid for working technology and now the error message says my certificate has been revoked by the issuer! They also took my microsoft office off my hp laptop. I am furious and feel my computers which i needhave been stolen!

Lost ability to connect to the internet


I installed the latest update from Microsoft, the complete new version and now on one computer my internet connection says SECURED, Not Connected. It is a A6210, Netgear wireless USB3 device that I have on all the Windows computers. The A6210 works fine on any other computer but since the "upgrade" I can not connect to the internet on that computer. Yes I do have the latest driver. I downloaded that before the conversion/update. Any suggestions please! Thanks!

Since you are still experiening internet connection issue, what we can suggest is for you to try and have the Internet Connections troubleshooter. Kindly try the steps below:

• 
  Right click the
  Start
  menu and select Control Panel.
  
• 
  Change the
  View by: Categoryinto
  Large icons.
  
• 
  Select and click
  Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Click
  Network and Internet.
  
• 
  Click
  Internet Connections.
  
• 
  Follow the on screen instructions and wait for the troubleshooting to complete.
  
• 
  After troubleshooting is completed, check the status of the troubleshooter shown on the window.
