Windows 10: All of my "Web Passwords" are gone from "Credentials Manager"

Suddenly, all of my passwords from Credentials Manager are gone and I have to sign in into everything that I use on my Windows 10 PC.- Windows Mail, Google drive, Discord, Slack, Google chrome profiles and all gmails, all websites, TeamViewer, MS Teams...Note that my passwords have not changed and there are still some apps that were not affected, such as GlassWire, Spotify, Telegram, Dropbox...Is there a way to restore the passwords as suddenly lots of my services refuse to work silently without noticing me, so I don't even know what is broken until I need to use it.In this screenshot, I have

I had saved passwords on Windows 10 - i wanted to delete the saved so i went into Start - Control Panel, User Accounts, Manager web credentials - then i scrolled down to the saved password that i wanted delted - so i hit remove when back to my program
- password still there -i turned off computer and restarted - password still there - i went back to Manager web credentials and the program is gone from the list - so i guess i should not have clicked on remove - how do i get the program back and then how
do i delete the saved password

Let me conform that Credential Manager stores passwords that are either related to Microsoft account or web browsers to your PC.

- Which passwords are you referring to?

- Are they related to a particular web browser? (I.e. Microsoft Edge or Chrome or Internet Explorer)

If they are related to a web browser, then I suggest you to check by going manually to that particular web browser to see if the saved password is listed there.

To assist you better, I like to know; when you say program is gone from the list,
are you referring to Web credential program or credentials?

As per your query, I like to inform you that; when you select Remove under the specific credentials, it will remove the specific credential details. Since you have followed the correct steps to remove web credentials but the program is not available,
I suggest you to Run DISM commands and check if the Web credentials programs works.

Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM) is a new command line tool that you can use to service a Windows image or prepare a Windows PE image. The DISM tool replaces the Package Manager (pkgmgr.exe), PEimg, and Intlcfg tools.
DISM consolidates the functionality found in those three tools, as well as delivers new functionality to improve the experience of offline servicing.

Follow the steps to Run DISM Commands:

1) Press Windows + x on your keyboard.

2) Select Command prompt (Admin) to open Administrator Command Prompt .

3) In the Administrator: Command Prompt window, type the following commands. Press the Enter key after each command:

dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth

dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
