    Hello,I have a Laptop 2020 Dell G5 15 Gaming Laptop: AMD Ryzen 7 4800H, 512GB SSD, 15.6" 144Hz Full HD Display, AMD Radeon RX 5600M, 16Gb RAM which I primarily use for gaming. I’ve been plugging it into an external monitor LG 27BL650C-B via usb cable for the past 3 years or so without issue. If I boot the laptop without it being connected to the monitor it runs fine. However, now just all of the sudden when I boot while it is connected to the monitor with usb the laptop is not running properly. Windows boots up but I cannot open internet browsers or run anything on the laptop but I se

    Surface Laptop 3 with external monitor

    Hi All,

    Has anyone come across an issue with an external monitor blacking out while connected to a Surface Laptop 3? I have the laptop connected to a widescreen laptop with the Surface Dock. Both work fine however, once every hour or so the external monitor blacks out and comes back.

    I've completed the following:

    • Updated laptop drivers and firmware
      • Updated monitor drivers
      • Swapped out monitor

    1. What is the model number of the Bose headphone?
    2. How are you trying to connect the headphones to the laptop?
    3. What is the model number of your ASUS laptop?
    4. Are you using a wired or a wireless Bose headphone?


    I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned in Connecting To A Computer
    and try connecting your headphones to the laptop.



    If you are still facing issues connecting the headphones to the laptop, I suggest you to elaborate on the issue, so that we can understand the concern and reply to us to help you further.
