Windows 10: All passwords mysteriously disappeared from Wallet

It just invites me to "import" my passwords. I have had a large number of passwords "remembered" for many years. Any idea why this has happened? Or how to correct it?

I have Purchased New Lumia 1020 in Store, Whn Demonstration is given by Store Person, That time he put a Wallet Password, and he not tell me and I also not asked him due to knowledge, Now after one month using a Phone I have require to purchase some app
that time phone asked a wallet password, so how can i know or change wallet password.. I have lot of data, contact is stored in mobile, if I do restart, what about contact details photos, and SMS.. So suggest me step wise detail how I can reset.
