All pictures and videos are lost or deleted.Any way to recover?

All my pictures are gone from one drive on my cell phone when updating my new card. When opening one drive it mentioned that my account was frozen until 24 hours. When I reopened it after 24 hours all my pictures are gone is there any way I can recover all the pictures and videos. Not sure of the windows version on my cell phone.

    :)

  3. best in-depth recovering software for recovering "lost"/deleted files?

im trying to locate a software that is good on finding deleted/lost documents, pictures, music and other files from a hdd / recycle bin. i have tried numerous, and the best i've found so far is Recuva, since that lets me search things quite nicely, but are there any other recovering softwares for files, pictures and other media files? if so, which ones you recommend?
