Windows 10: All programs crashing at launch on Windows 10

Hello everyone,I was using my pc photoshop, and I then closed photoshop.By this moment, only Chrome, Discord, command prompt and task manager as well as Windows PowerShell managed to open.All other programs Active Sky, Prepar3D, Valorant, Epic Games Launcher, Event Viewer, any executable file, Xplane, Photoshop, ModelConverterX, GeForce Experience, Navigraph, Minecraft Launcher, etc crashes when opening. I tried updating Windows -> nothing.I tried running several Windows recovery prompts both in PowerShell and command prompt -> nothing.I tried restarting my pc several times -> not

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?

Microsoft signals end of Paint program

Microsoft has confirmed that it will continue to offer its graphics program Paint.

In a recent update, it had listed Paint as a feature that would be either removed or no longer developed.

Paint, renowned for its simplicity, has been part of the Windows operating system since its launch in 1985.

Microsoft suggested it would not remain on Windows 10 by default but did say it would be available for free on the Windows Store.

I recommend you to uninstall and reinstall the app which are crashing and check.
