Windows 10: All programs sign out on Windows 10 upon logging in to user account

I fully expect this thread to go nowhere, but I cannot for the life of me figure out this problem.I first noticed this bug when all of my desktop apps randomly logged out one day. What do I mean by this? My Google Drive application required me to sign in again, which I was able to do without issue. My Google Chrome had also logged out, which was unusual, but I was still able to log back in. Next, I went to the Windows 10 Mail app - where the problem really began. Every one of the accounts in the mail app had the "fix account" icon appear next to them. Of course, I clicked the icon, some window

As you may already know, Windows 10 (as well as Windows 8) allow you to log in with a valid Microsoft account, instead of creating a local account that only works on your machine. However, you may prefer to keep a local account for privacy reasons. If you do, though, some Windows 10 features—like Cortana—may not work. Despite the default behavior, the Windows 10 Store is not one of them. You can still log in to your Microsoft account for just the Store without switching to a full Microsoft account. The process, however, is not terribly obvious. To do so, follow these steps:

• Launch the Store from your Start menu.
• Click the user icon next to the search box.
• Click “Sign-in” from the menu that appears.
• Choose “Microsoft account” and log in like normal.
• When the “Make it yours” box appears do not enter your password. Instead, click “Sign in to just this app instead.”

Strange Windows 10 User Account issue.

Look at this thread,How to Delete a User Account in Windows 10, it may help. You can try the various methods.
Make sure you are using an administrative account when removing the account or log on using the Administrator's account.

Or, if you are patient and know what you are doing, manually remove it.

• If you have tried the steps provided above, is issue still persisting?
• What was the result of SFC scan? Did it find corruption or not?

Try to create new user profile as an administrator and see if issue persists in new user profile. For creating new user profile you may refer to the steps provided below.

  Press Windows key + R

  Type control userpasswords2 and click OK

  Click on add under users tab
  
• 
  Click the option, "Sign-in without a Microsoft account

  Click on Local account
