Windows 10: All the labels in my settings have become weird names all of them. What to do?

All the names related to the corresponding settings have become weird and changed obviously. What the fock do I do now?

Windows 10 wrong label/name on Settings icon in Start Menu

The text label/name for the Settings icon on the Start Menu is not correct (see image below). It shows many weird characters when it should just say simply Settings. The icon itself is correct. How do I fix the label/name? I did not change anything on
my computer and there is no virus or malware. Also, the icon works fine when you click on it.

Yes, I tried the troubleshooting steps and no luck. There has to be an easy way to change the name/label of the icon.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
