windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check:

  Press Windows + R keys together.
  
• 
  Type dxdiag in the run prompt and hit enter.
  
• 
  Now check for the version of Direct x.

Inserting a new list of letters as a new language in windows software

I have a new list of letters as a sort of modification for a language .. english for example. The only way is that microsoft company inserts this new list as a new language? How can I contact the staff resposible for adding the new letters for the new
language?
