Just restart my PC from a windows security update that was needed this morning July 21st 2023 and now that same "Trojan:Win64/Spyboy!MSR" keeps showing.I've made several scans and started actions but nothing seems to remove it. Following up this case to see if anyone can help with a fix to this

I actually had a client call yesterday with an email problem. when I tried walking him through some steps, he says "Yeah, I don't see that there, but I think it's because it's updated to windows 10. It did that a few weeks ago. I came back in on Monday, and it said Welcome to Windows 10"..... I think I'd throw the computer out the window.

There very simple and i've already tried them. The problem that i face is that the software (this app) does not find any updates for me .

Thank you for trying to help , i did tried your suggestion but it did not work :/ , nothing seems to make it work on Windows 10 Fall Creators Update 1709. In the meantime i have bought a new SoundBlasterX AE-5 and it did installed flawlessly , no problems whatsoever. it is up to Creative ( drivers ) and Microsoft ( bug fix ) to fix this huge bugs with Audio.
