Windows 10: All the time it bans the account after restarting the computer

On the computer, I only use YouTube and minecraft, these bans have already lasted more than 3 months every day and I don’t know what to do,

I wanna know how I got a permanent ban on my account espicially a day before I was due to come off a coms bann I have gotten them to review the case they have upheld there decision but the thing is that I was re banned on 10th of September for apparently
harassment abuse and threats now correct me if iam wrong but you need to be able to send messages to get banned so my question is why was I banned on the 10th of September for this apparent foul language need help and suggestions cause I personally don't have
the best reputation but I think it's unfair

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

My Steam Account Got Banned..

Comon guys! hell i have a nice 6 digit that is banned for hacking but it wasn't me that was hacking. my steam account was stole while i was deployed to iraq and the bastard decided to hack on it and after going through steam to reclaim it, it was banned and even tho i was serving my country, steam told me "sorry cant help you" so i know were hes coming from. the vac system needs to be re defined and re evaluated cause i say if you get banned you should be banned for a certain period of time then a SECOND CHANCE period should come along and then if you banned a second time then it should be perm. I had a valid reason why mine was banned and still they didn't care if i was in outer space or something. they weren't going to reverse my ban.
