Windows 10: All USB-connected peripherals intermittently disconnect for a handful of seconds

I've been dealing with an issue for a while, and I think I've finally discovered its source. Whenever I use my Surface Book 3, I connect a wired external keyboard, wired mouse, and wired monitor via a Surface Dock 2 that connects into the charging port of the device. However, whenever I listen to music via my Bluetooth headphones, my mouse and keyboard begin to freeze intermittently; sometimes the mouse will stop working for a handful of seconds and then reconnect to the computer, and sometimes my keyboard will render all keys inoperable or repeat an individual key as if I was holding it down. The monitor has never had any issues, but it is using a Display Port USB-C connection. Also, the issue can sporadically appear when I have no Bluetooth devices connected at all, but this is more rare and of a greatly less frequency than when I have my headphones connected.

Things I have tried:
-Reinstalling and updating every driver you can think of
-Trying different USB devices on the computer happens with all of them
-Checking a handful of registry values and change some properties about standby devices changed them all back, nothing worked
-Changing power management settings via device manager
-Disabling Windows services via "msconfig" System Configuration

-Disabling several programs on startup changed back, still doesn't work

And lastly, I even clean installed Windows 10 onto my Surface Book 3 didn't fix the issue.

I have surmised that since the issue can evade a clean Windows 10 install, I believe the issue to be radio interference of the Bluetooth headphones with the USB 3.0 ports used by the connected peripherals. They both use 2.4GHz connections.

If anyone can assist with this issue, I would be greatly thankful.

surface dock ethernet disconnects intermittently

Hi This is my second Surface Dock (connected to Surface Book) The first one intermittently lost connection to my monitor. After many attempts to remedy I ended up solving the problem by replacing it.

The replacement is working ok with my monitor but now the Ethernet disconnects intermittently. Hopefully I don't have another faulty dock. Any suggestions?

 

Multiple devices intermittently connecting and disconnecting when connected to USB

Both my iPhone 5 and Nexus 5 will intermittently connect and disconnect when connected by USB. Mouse and keyboard work fine. I have Windows 10 installed on a 2014 Razer 14". I've tried disabling
USB selective suspend setting' as well as disabling usb 3.0 in the bios all to no effect.

In fact it is completely normal and nothing to do with your problems. Note the indent of the first instance? That's because it is listed under 'This PC'. The second one is listed under Desktop, which also contains 'This PC'. You cannot change this behaviour, but you can collapse 'This PC' if you don't want to see two listings.
