Windows 10: All USB devices Disconnect randomly on Windows 11.

All of my USB devices randomly disconnect and will sometimes reconnect on their own in 10-20 seconds. Other times when they do not reconnect I have to completely restart the PC to get devices back working. I have tried uninstalling drivers for the USB roothubs and devices with no luck of a fix. I have not seen this issue addressed elsewhere or corrected. Other instances have not been similar to mine and this issue was non existent before upgrading to Win11. I even did a repair install of Win11 with no luck either. Any help or fixes would be greatly appreciated.

1. At present, whether the USB devices randomly connected and disconnected only in specific USB ports, are other USB devices connects normally?
   
2. Assuming that it only appears in a specific USB port, we may need to trace the reason of this problem back to the driver or hardware level of this USB port.
   

All USB devices function normally. I can plug a device into any of the three ports and they work. This unknown device can still appear even if nothing is plugged in.
When I click on the description for the unknown device, I do get an error code 43. The driver is listed as follows.

About VID_0000, As USB 3.0 is 10 times faster, a major problem is that the longer cable length will lose signal integrity. To compensate for the long wiring between USB 3.0 controller and connector, some OEMs use a boost chip called adapter driver between them. Due to the adapter driver chip, the interface of USB 3.0 may have hardware failure. Windows 11 Ghost USB device randomly connecting and disconnecting

I have an ASUS vivobook which I have used for about 1 year now and I have this problem with the USB devices.

In device manager, it says there is an unknown USB device (device descriptor failed) that randomly connects and disconnects, sometimes in quick succession. However, this problem occurs even when no USB devices are connected (though it does not so as frequently)

I have updated the USB drivers, updated windows 11, uninstalled the unknown device, done a system check, a hardware diagnostic, and turned off the suspend selective settings in Edit Power Plan, disabled power management in Device Manager (and restarted each time), and the device keeps coming back. The only thing I have not tried yet as far as I know is a system reset. No malware has been detected on my computer when I run windows defender and bitdefender virus scanner.

Pertinent Information

When I check the device's installation path, I get this USB\VID_0000&PID_0002\5&206D8FB8&3&2 each time. It also comes from this port every time Port_#0002.Hub_#0001

If I uninstall the USB root (3.0) device, the problem seems to resolve itself. However, if I update the root and restart, the problem comes back.

I know I can turn off the USB notification sound. But I am concerned about this ghost USB Device that keeps connecting and disconnecting.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
