    All USB devices stop working only after Windows boots


    Hello, and thanks in advance for checking this out.As the title states, all my USB devices stop working once Windows boots. My keyboard and mouse function before that, and I'm able to enter the Setup Menu, but as soon as it loads to the Windows login screen it all shuts off.In the past, I've had issues with all my USB devices shutting off momentarily, but now they refuse to come on at all. I have tried unplugging and replugging, different USB ports, as well as different hardware... all to no avail. This is frustrating, obviously, as my first PC that I otherwise love is just taking up space u
