Windows 10: All user profiles deleted beyond recovery.

Hey people, in short, my user profiles are deleted beyond recovery and I cannot login into any user profile including temporary user profiles too. I'll continue with an expanded version below. It's quite long story, so thank you for reading and helping me.Last night, I was playing games like any other day, shut down the system properly and today morning when I opened again, I came across the error "we cannot login into your account, please sign out to login" not sure about the exact words, but yes like this. I learnt later that I am logged in as temp user and windows cannot find my profile.

A1- i guess local. (please check the attachment,i'm following those steps to do it, if it helps you to figure out if it's on PC or local)

A few more questions that may be asked...

1. Are these domain user profiles on the PC or local users?
2. Do you need logging of success/failure/names of deleted profiles, etc. and, if so, seperate logs or a combined one?
3. What filepath to use for any log(s)?

 

Deleted User but Cannot Remove Profile Folder

None of this works. Silly me for deleting the profile via control panel.

So when I go to the systempropertiesadvanced, the profile is not listed.

When I go to the registry keys, the profile is not listed there either.

But the c::\users\ has the folders that I cannot delete.
