    All webcams flickering with gray lines across organization


    I am IT Director for a school district. It appears after a recent Windows update all webcams across our organization have flickers and gray lines on output. Our sys admin did some troubleshooting and found that when The c-state C7 was turned off, the flickering went away we have Intel cpus. Unfortunately, on our Dell laptop bios the only way to disable this is to disable all c-states which is not ideal for obvious reasons. Is anyone else experiencing this? If so, is MS/intel aware of the issue? It seems any real time processing is affected by this and would include game rendering amon

    Flickering line across my screen

    My display has a flickering line about 1/4 inch wide and takes up about 3/4 of the length of my screen. I cannot get it to go away. Any suggestions?

    I haven't made any changes on my device. This screen flickering is only happening in Safe Mode.
