    All Windows 10 commands are delayed 15 seconds. Software or Hardware????


    My desktop seems to be failing. It all started last month when I would get occasional green screen of death, using any app.So, for my testing, I disconnected all data drives, and just left the video card in, no other peripherals.I reformatted the C Drive, and installed a fresh instance of Windows 10, and nothing else. PROBLEM: Every command, every left and right click, every dropdown is delayed by 10-15 seconds.It all works eventually, but there's this bizarre delayed response. Do you think this is a software issue, or hardware related? My system worked great for 3 years, but in the last month

    So, for my testing, I disconnected all data drives, and just left the video card in, no other peripherals.

    I reformatted the C Drive, and installed a fresh instance of Windows 10, and nothing else.

    PROBLEM: Every command, every left and right click, every dropdown is delayed by 10-15 seconds.

    It all works eventually, but there's this bizarre delayed response.

    Do you think this is a software issue, or hardware related? My system worked great for 3 years, but in the last month, it's doing this.

    Mobo: Gigabyte AX370 Gaming 3

    Ryzen 5 1500 CPU

    M.2 NVMe 500Gb

    8Gb DDR4

    GPU-Z what command line parameter ?

    Suggestion: /? (-?) and /help (-help) command-line arguments to show a list of all possible arguments in a small window. *Smile All Windows 10 commands are delayed 15 seconds. Software or Hardware???? :)
