    All windows apps became un-operable both prior and after a fresh windows installation.


    If I try to open any windows app photos, calculator, store, ect... it will appear for just 1 frame on the task bar and instantly close. First noticed when trying to open an image and getting a "app didn't start" error.The remedies I have tried: reinstalling windows, attempting to fix issues with the 100 year in the future restart issue with Software Protection Service, BIOS reset, resetting apps individually in settings, powershell reinstallations, sfc and image health commands.Other applications such as chrome/edge, games, system apps all work without problem.Quite annoyed at not being able

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    Fresh installs do it too, in fact i have had the same bs happen. Might be suggested apps which you can turn off.

    If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage
