Windows 10: All Windows settings are blank and un-usable

About a week ago all of my Windows settings stopped working and are now broken. I have updated the computer BIOS and installed all vendor driver updates. We have also run a system file check and even tried re-installing and re-registering all Windows apps on this computer but nothing is working. We can't even access the control panel or do anything with any settings. Does anyone know of a possible resolution other than re-imaging the whole computer?

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

Screen goes blank after changing BIOS settings/

I don't know how long this has been happening, a few weeks at least, but whenever I change a setting in my BIOS (and save & exit), my screen goes blank and my monitor goes into standby. Any suggestions to fix this?

Hi Guys

Okay tried everything U guys suggested, here is the result, each chip in all the slots shows 4gb in windows but togther in all combinations these 2 chips shows 8gb but only 3.42 usable in windows, still no luck, what do U guys suggest now?
