Windows 10: alloc magic is broken

Hello, today I accidently installed and ran something called "Bitmap2.exe" and it gives me a error saying "alloc magis is broken at 0x60f4f280: 60fd51f7 Aborted. Press any key to exit." How can I fix it without using another computer? I tried using a USB to reinstall Windows, but that gives me a error that says "unaligned pointer 0x1577f Aborted. Press any key to exit."

Alloc Magic is broken

I have windows dual boot with ubuntu 16.04. When I shut down my laptop yesterday from windows, it started updating. Once it finished, I cannot access windows from the grub menu as it gives "Alloc Magic is broken". When I try to boot in directly into windows,
it shuts down immediately.

Not sure what to do, but I can still access the ubuntu 16.04 and update-grub does not work.
