Windows 10: Allocation of new SSD and removal of old after cloning.....

Discus and support Allocation of new SSD and removal of old after cloning..... in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; Hey Mike - what does that do? I'm confused.... does this mean I bought the additional drive for nothing? There must be a way to change the install...     OMG I did it - I turned the lappy off, removed the old SSD, rebooted and as the new SSD was at the top it booted fine and turned the new SSD to C: *Smile *Smile !!! Now I have all the space I need on the new SSD - what I'll do now I think is re-insert the old SSD, format it then I'll have some extra space or just sell it !!!

    I did get a little DLL error when I opened Chrome but everything else works just fine so I'll see how I go. I guess the easier way would have been a brand new fresh install of Windows but I hate doing that lol

    I keep an USB to SATA/PATA adapter to connect disks without having to shut computer down, other people disks as well as my own backup HDDs. Very handy thingy.
