Windows 10: Allow other PCs to show on the Network

I have 3 pcs in the same room. I'm a bit of a pc rescuer of older devices. All on Win 10 however. 2 on Pro and one on Home. On the newer Dell Optiplex it shows itself + the other 2 pcs. And access them. On one other, A Compaq, it shows itself but not the Dell or a 3rd laptop a Toshiba. On the Toshiba it see's the Compaq, but doesn't show itself or the the Dell. The Toshiba can access the Compaq I wonder what the remedy is for this? I have gone through all the File Sharing options, multiple times. Went into sharing to make sure all sharing is given. This does have this long time barely averag

Network Discovery Not Showing PC

When I click on "network" in File Explorer using PC#1, it shows many devices on my network but none of the device are computers (with the excption of PC#1) . It shows Fax, , media devices, multifunction devices. None of the PC I have show up in the list. The PC is on a private network and internet sharing is turned on. My other PCs show all the PCs (even the PC#1).

Please suggest fix.

Restarted, PC didn't show, so i had an idea, i stopped this service:





then started it again and immediately my PC appears in the list now. any clues?

why it's on "tigger start"? in the screencap of that article is just on Automatic.

Laptop won't show list of available networks

We suggest checking the list of available Wi-Fi networks on your laptop.

Please follow these steps:

• Click the Windows logo.
• Go to Settings (gear icon).
• Select Network and Internet.
• Then Wi-Fi.
• Make sure the Wi-Fi radio button is On.
• Select Show available networks, then you'll be able to see the list of available Wi-Fi networks.
