Windows 10: Allow/permit my daughter to play Minecraft Windows Edition online

Hi


My soon to be 13 year old daughter has been playing Minecraft online from her 15 y/o brothers account and wanted to use some Christmas money to buy her own copy and download to her own laptop


We have both kids set up on MS family safety with age appropriate settings and limits.


I received the MS permission request for my daughter to purchase Minecraft and I duly allowed this from the email that was sent to me and purchased for her using my registered credit card


Minecraft downloaded from my daughters Microsoft Store Account and installed on her PC with no issues but she cannot play online due, I guess, to her age.


I'm comfortable for her to play Mincraft online but don't have any idea how to allow this, there doesn't appear to be 'App level' settings on the Family Safety portal to allow her to play this app online; could you help me out with this please?

Minecraft Windows 10 Edition Online Problems.

I don't get it. I couldn't do multiplayer on Minecraft Windows 10 Edition so I allowed all permits on my account on the Xbox and Microsoft page. But I still can't play online! Am I only allowed to have one supported copy for multiplayer? Am I suspended?
It keeps on saying I can't go online because of how my account is setup BUT my account has all online and matchmaking permits enabled now.

Minecraft won't let me play full edition

Please answer these questions to get clarity on this issue:

1. Did you make any changes to the PC prior to this issue?
   
2. Is the issue specific to this game?
   
3. When you say ‘but now it won't let me play the full game’, what is the error code or message you get on the PC?
   
4. Are you facing this issue in a different user account also?
   
5. Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the game on the PC?
