Windows 10: Allowed threats don't show up in Allowed Threats section.

I've been having an issue where allowed threats don't show up in the Allowed Threats section. I am unable to disallow any threats that I've allowed.How can I fix this? I've been searching online for this issue to no avail.Any help would be greatly appreciated! Just to clarify, I am on Windows 10.Thank you!

Is restoring a quarantined threat the same as allowing the threat?

My Windows defender scan reported a threat last week. I quarantined it. After a few days, I updated my defender virus definitions, restored the threat, and ran another scan (because I wanted to find out if it was a false positive). This new scan did not
report any threat.

However, under defender's threat history, allowed items, I see this threat listed. I do NOT want to allow the threat, just wanted to find out if the latest definitions would still reported the file as a threat. How should I do that? Thank you. I am using
windows 10.

 

deleting a allowed threat

Using Windows Defender Security Center I mistakenly allowed a threat, BUT it is a threat. How do I delete since it is now allowed?

Thanks XP. My exclusion list is empty, and the only options on my threat history are "allow" and "clear history" (please see my screen shot above). How do I tell if I have whitelisted the threat please? Thanks.
