Xeon not supported on Windows 11

    This has worked for me:

    1. Open Regedit.

    2. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup\MoSetup.

    3. Create a DWORD (32-bit) Value called AllowUpgradesWithUnsupportedTPMOrCPU if it doesn't already exist.

    4. Set AllowUpgradesWithUnsupportedTPMOrCPU to 1.

    5. Close regedit and restart your PC.
