  3. Xeon not supported on Windows 11

    This has worked for me:

    1. Open Regedit.

    2. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup\MoSetup.

    3. Create a DWORD (32-bit) Value called AllowUpgradesWithUnsupportedTPMOrCPU if it doesn't already exist.

    4. Set AllowUpgradesWithUnsupportedTPMOrCPU to 1.

    5. Close regedit and restart your PC.

  4. “AllowUpgradesWithUnsupportedTPMorCPU”

"Processor isn't currently supported for windows 11"

    Try this registry workaround:

    1. Open Registry Editor. (run regedit)
    2. Navigate to the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup\MoSetup. (create the key if it doesn't exist)
    3. Create a new DWORD named AllowUpgradesWithUnsupportedTPMorCPU and set its value to 1.
Note: Windows Registry is Case Sensitive.

You should be able to upgrade to Windows 11 now.

If problem persists, try rebooting your PC once after editing the Registry.
