Windows 10: Almost all my Icons are gone and some stuff like Task Manager isn't opening

All my desktop icons are gone and all it shows is the apps name, the icons aren't even transparent, normally hovering over a desktop app would highlight the Icon and the name but for me it only highlights the name and the icon is no where to be found. Even on file explorer all the icons that are supposed to be one the left side of the text are gone and on my taskbar some of the app just have the defualt window icon, I tried to open task manager thinking that everything would be fixed if I ended file manager and nothing happend. Taskmanager won't open and for the Desktop icon I try going to thi

I have the same problem. The task viewer icon was there but is now gone. I have gone through the steps you listed but no viewer. Then I created a new profile and the task viewer is there. Now, how do I get the task viewer back in my taskbar in my
original profile??

 

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

 

Open Task Manager in Windows 10


In tablet mode, long pressing the windows icon in the task bar will pop up (at release) a menu like that in step 4 above. There the Task Manager is available.

None of the above described ways to open the Task Manager seem to work in tablet mode. Does anyone know? I cannot for my life figure it out, either I'm plain stupid or MS is playing tricks on us...
