Windows 10: alot of blue screen after change cpu

So I have went using my pc for like 4 month due to lack of cpu because I sold my 5900x, I got a 3600x from my friend yesterday and I started my pc, it works kinda fine i guess. But soon I started to have sudden crash, sometime on start up it says cpu fan not detected, restart fix the issue. some time I get blue screen says IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL or kernel security check failure. here is dmp file I have so far:https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1szWBmDIATtfMXiO_ki5Ik9-4vo53V3dj?usp=sharing
