Windows 10: Already have Win 10 how to stop ads to download it on Win 7 ?

I've had Win 7 for years and won't change, but recently bought Win 10 Lenovo to gradually make Win 7 as back up.

I know why Microsoft are pushing Win 10 to users of Win 7, but lately they're becoming much more pushy making it only too easy to download it by mistake and all the ensuing likely hassles to try and bring back Win 7 again.

Where or who do I contact to stop sending these wretched download Win 10 ads ?

On waiting for Windows pre-installed: cleaner?

If you buy a computer with win 10 on it, the computer maker will already have added their bloatware. Your cleanest option would be to download the win 10 ISO and do a clean install. Whether you clean install win 8.1 or win 10 does not really matter.

 

Help In stopping Win 10 from auto Updating me?

I have a Win 7 Pro and I had auto update on before. I just noticed that my system has download the Win 10 upgrade and its trying to start installing it. I have power down when it indicate its trying to install.

I have already changed my auto update to manual. It is not helping, so I assume its too late for that.

I have already download Win 10 Pro 64-bits ISO and burned my DVD disk, but the system also completed a download of the upgrade.

I don't wish to update at this point in time. How can I stop this updating from happing how??????

I don't ant to do this until next year !!!
