Windows 10: Already installed 2021-10 .NET 5.0.11 Security Update for Windows 11 for x64 Client tries...

I am getting Install Error - 0x80070643 on Windows 11 22000.348. The update [2021-10 .NET 5.0.11 Security Update for Windows 11 for x64 Client KB5007051] is already installed. It downloaded the update successfully this evening. Retry results with the same error. I tried Trouble shoot > Update wizard. It indicated it corrected an error without any specifics. But it did not resolve the problem.I encountered the same problem on a Windows 10 computer last month or so. I saw on the forum that it was a Microsoft Update Catalog bug. Recommendation was to be patient at the time. The problem di

Windows 10 Update .net error

I have 5.0.11 .NET I am also seeing the same thing 2021-09 >NET 5.0.10 Update for x64 Client (KB5006192) Failed to install on 11/4/2021 - 080070643
also
I have 3.1.20 .NET and windows update is trying to install 2021-07 .NET Core 3.1.17 Update for x64 Client (KB5004772) Failed to install on 11/4/2021 - 080070643

I also hate when I can't find release notes on these "fixes" how long do you think it will take till they get this fixed?

 

Windows 7 Ultimate (64) Security updates not installing.

I have been having problems in installing the updates that I have listed below. For each update I attempted to install them individually but they would not install. I also downloaded the SURT 6.1 KB947821 v27. The problem has been going on now for about 2 months. (whenever the issue with the updates comes to mind I am never near my pc). Thank you in advance.
