    Alright to clean heatsinks with 50% Isopropyl w/ Wintergreen?

    I was wondering if it would be alright to clean the GPU heatsink and the VGA cooler heatsink with 50% isopropyl alcohol and then applying some Artic Silver Ceramique?

    Their guide says to clean with high-purity isopropyl alcohol, and I wasn't sure if 50% is enough to be considered high-purity. To be exact the bottle says : 50% Isopropl Alcohol with Wintergreen.

    Any suggestions if this is alright to use?
