Windows 10: Alt Enter Fullscreen suddenly doesn't work anymore

I use windows10 on a flex5 lenovo laptop.I usually download rpgmaker games and a lot of them don't have an inbuilt fullscreen function via f4 or f5, works totally fine for me, so the go-to way to fullscreen is usually with alt enter. This works fine, ruins the quality of the game because it's not intended to be that way but it's fine and has worked fine until now. Whenever i press alt enter for a game, the game will start glitching and it will force me out of the application, it doesn't even let me turn off the alt-enter or try different functions, renders the game totally unusable. Scanner doesn´t work anymore after last Windows 10 update

As many people on the internet already are discussing, their scanner doesn´t work anymore after the last Windows update. But there seem to be no solution.

My Scanner starts making noises, as usual, and then i get error messages: "Communication with the scanner is not possible"

Is there a workaround for that?

Re-install the TWAIN drivers? (They are not included in Windows.)

You might get a better answer if you gave the make and model of the scanner.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
