    Alt / Alt Gr keys are not working on physical keyboard

    Hi

    My ASUS Laptop's ALT and ALT GR keys are not working. It happened when I installed a Free Software named iSkySoft... That program is now uninstalled, but it still shows up in the StartUp list ( as deactivated though )

    My on-screen keyborad works as well as an external USB Keyboard.

    I have tried Clean Boot - no luck

    I have reinstalled the keyboard driver - no luck

    I ran Malwarebytes - no luck

    I read that a lot of people ran into this problem, and I have followed many suggestions, without succes..

    The only things I can relate to this is the iSkySoft installation or when I restart my PC, sometimes it let me choose between WIN 10 ( disc 3 ) or...... WIN 10 ( disc 3 )... ??? Somehow I have 2 identical versions of WIN 10.. Maybe thats it ??

    I did install the iSkySoft late November 2016, and when I look at my list of programs, no other programs are installed near that date..

    Any suggestions Alt gr key not workin properly windows 10 :)

    Alt Gr key not working on windows 10

    My Alt Gr was working just fine until a little while ago, when it just suddenly stopped working.

    I was writing an essay and when I tried to send it via email, I found out I wasn't able to type the @ symbol (I just copy pasted it) and then realised I actually couldn't do anything related to the Alt Gr key.... how do I solve this?

    alt gr key, non-funtional after upgrade

    The "alt gr" is a static button on my laptop and all Nordic keyboards due to the extra letters that exist in these Nordic languages. It allows one to use the "at", "euro" and few other everyday symbols that are also static keys (note I can't use the symbols
    to explain).

    The recent upgrade from Win 8.1 to Win10 has removed it's functionality on my Nordic key board, the key itself works, ie ctrl+alt gr+del leads to task manager. I just can't use my keyboard properly, ie write emails etc.
