Windows 10: Alt key code of English keyboard

Hi Microsoft, I am a windows 10 user. Recently I found alt key codes are very easy for inserting different symbols. But the problem is , in my windows 10 English keyboard alt + 1 to alt + 32 does not show the perfect symbol. But after alt + 32 every symbols are working properly. only first 32 codes are showing wrong. I have tried using other keyboard like Bangla inscript key board, all the symbol are working properly.I know there is character map in windows 10, but it too much takes time and alt key codes are easy for me, because I know every alt key code properly which helps me while ty

Step 1: You may check if the ALT key is functioning correctly in on-screen keyboard. It will help us to verify if there is any issue with the keyboard.

Follow the steps below to open On-screen Keyboard.

  Windows + Q, type OSK (on-screen keyboard)
  
• 
  And check if it works
  

Step 2: Run Hardware and device Troubleshooter.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your devices. Refer these steps:

  Press Windows key +X, select Control panel.

  Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.

ALT key ASCII code

There is no ASCII character associated with the Alt key. Search for information on keyboard scan codes. The Alt key modifies the scan code before any mapping of scan codes to character codes is done.
