Windows 10: ALT key stuck on startup on windows 10

I got my ALT key pressed automaticaly on startup or after sleep/hibernate and i need to disable it first by clicking left and right ALT key twice from on screen keyboard. However, the keyboard works normally on BIOS and ubuntu


I have tried some ways to fix the problem:

1. Resetting windows

2. Boot using safe mode

3. Disable all windows services

4. Reinstall windows
