Windows 10: alt-prntscrn stopped working after update

Hello,


My alt-prntscrn stopped working after an update; how can I restore this function? Prntscrn still works but I need the specific functionality of Alt-prntscrn capturing only one active window of multiple montiors. Please help, thanks.

There are a few reasons why "Left Alt + Shift" is suddenly stopped working on your computer. Since you mentioned that you already tried some troubleshooting steps, we suggest that you create a
Test Profile. From there, check if the issue occurs.

To create a user profile, follow these steps:

• Go to Settings. Click Accounts.
• Select Family & other people.
• Select the Add someone else to this PC tab.
• Name the user as Test.
• Leave the password field blank.
• Hit Next.
• Sign in as Test user.

alt-tab stopped working

So my alt-tab function just stopped working. I've had this computer with Windows10 for over 3 years, bought it new with Windows 10. Worked fine until a few weeks ago... Windows update?????????

Any help would be appreciated
