Windows 10: ALT shortcuts not working Properly

Last time i shut down my laptop which is dell 7567 everything was fine when i boot my system and when I used alt + Left key in firefox window or in file explorer it should go back one page but instead it opens option tab. When i use my left alt key with left arrow nothing happens and when i simply press alt key also nothing happens as it should open options to select is there any way to reset alt shortcuts i have been searching on internet but i coudn't fing any solution. or i would have re install my windows...............

Keyboard shortcut Alt key not working

I have no use of my hands so must use a mouthstick. With the Windows 10 keyboard shortcuts the Alt key will not work in many instances but will in others even though it's listed as working in all. It's also all over the board app to app. What I've found:
Alt - F4 works as exit on most but not all apps, Alt - left and right for navigating forward and backward in any app do not, Alt - home doesn't work in any web browser, Alt - ctrl -del doesn't etc...

I have 2 computers with the same problems. A Dell Precision M4800 laptop and a Dell OptiPlex 990 desktop. Is it Dell related?

Alt f4 not working

Can't use "alt+f4" shortcut.

When i enter alt+f4, the pop up box says "The item KHATRA.exe that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved, so this shortcut will no longer work properly"
