    ALT + TAB Command Not Displaying Windows Anymore After Update


    I just updated my HP Spectre purchased 3 months ago, and now when using the ALT + TAB function the windows that I'm attempting to toggle between no longer show up / flash onto the screen - so I essentially have to guess as to what I'm toggling to which wasn't the case before the update. Do you know why this would be the case? Thank you!

    alt + tab not working

    Alt+Tab only works if there is something in the background to switch to. If there is nothing to switch to (the game that has focus is the only thing running), the command isn't executed.

    QUESTION/suggestion:
    * Why not remember the last active tab?
    For example, if you are on tab 2 and close the program, then run it again, for the program to open tab 2 again. But if the -tab X command-line option is used, then the program goes to X tab, regardless of last active tab.

    Does that make sense?
