Windows 10: Alt+Tab Is automatically moving my windows

The issue is when I have any window on my second monitor, be it Spotify or a browser listening to YouTube, while I'm playing a game on my main monitor and I Alt+Tab to change the song/video, windows will automatically minimize my game and move my program on the second monitor to my main one. Then when I Alt+Tab back into the game the program just minimizes and I have to fight with it to be able to have my game and program open on separate monitors.


I have already tried rebooting

I have already tried re-installing my graphics drivers

alt + tab not working

Just found a really cool way to make alt+tab INSTANT!!!

In the launch options write the following: -windowed -noborder





This play exactly the same as fullscreen but now you dont have to wait 30 f*@!ing seconds to alt+tab back in!

Also you don't get the little purple/black checkered effect (only in Source games) from alt+tabbing in fullscreen.

i always just use the windows key to get back to the desktop [pops up the start dealy, doesn't need anything to alt+tab to]

 

alt tabbing increases system performance?

Skyrim doesnt work correctly you alt tab, but if you alt tab to it again while the screen is black, it loads up with the windows cursor over the top. If i repeatedly do this, eventually it fullscreens properly without issues. Slightly weird.
