    Alt-Tab Optimisation


    At the moment I have a LOT of windows open mostly browser because university assignments all need their own individual 'research' window to keep things straight in my head. Now problem is that Alt-Tabbing has slowed to a crawl. When I do it the computer freezes up for between 3-8 seconds before moving to the pane of windows where I select which one I want to switch to. I accept this as a limitation of the computer, I don't need tips or instructions on how to fix this.There is a little thing that happens very occasionally, when the images of each window don't load, the pane just shows white w

    alt + tab not working

    Just found a really cool way to make alt+tab INSTANT!!!

    In the launch options write the following: -windowed -noborder


    Alt-Tab Optimisation [​IMG]


    This play exactly the same as fullscreen but now you dont have to wait 30 f*@!ing seconds to alt+tab back in!

    Also you don't get the little purple/black checkered effect (only in Source games) from alt+tabbing in fullscreen.

    *Confused Alt-Tab Optimisation :confused: I can alt tab back even if i don't have another program to switch too.

    Alt-Tabbing in & out of games does not always work. It can also crash games in some cases.
