Windows 10: alt+tab shows white box and acts as UI navigator

hey, i need some help and when i used to alt tab it would work as intended but them recently, it stopped working and now my alt keys are swapped. i have to use the right alt key to alt+tab but when i try to use the left alt keyi normally use the left alt key to alt+tab it shows this white box and every time i alt tab with the left key it changed positions acting like a UI navigator, can someone help? it seems my alt key functions are swapped .the white box outline is what happens when i alt tab with my left alt this never happened when i use the left alt key

Alt+Tab gets suck intermittently when trying to switch Apps

I just tried it and it opens the preview as you mentioned then holding down the Alt key while pressing Tab lets the highlight [white lines/box] move through the choices. Releasing the keys on one choice then opens it. Holding the keys shows the previews like a screensaver, steps rapidly through them.

WEll i took on this project for PP hes a hardware reviewer and wants to get the professional looking pics for the Pc parts

Materials:

• Big cardboard box

• a razor

• white material 3 yards

• cone lights

• stapler

• medical tape

• pvc pipe about 6 inches longer than your box

• white paint any cheap finger paint would work

the project I'm guessing will cost me $30 if it works out properly
I will post pictures and step by step as i do it
