Windows 10: Alt Tab'ing opens Explorer.exe This PC to be more precised

Hello.

as the titles shows, when i press Alt Tab, no matter if that's in game, Web Browser, but mainly in games, the " This PC " widows pops out, and usually "breaks" the whole system - it is stuck at " loading " and it freezes and then restart the " explorer.exe " which causes the hidden Icon Nvidia, Avast, Razer Synapse, AI Suite, Realtek HD Audio Manager and more to disappear, i tried restarting PC, performing the " Clean Boot " running antivirus scan Avast, Norton and Windows Defender - No!, i performed one scan, uninstalled one AV software, installed another and then performed the scan to avoid any collision betweens AV Softwares if any one would wonder, but that wasn't helpful, can anyone help me?

- Also not sure if thats somehow linked or what but when i install games from Steam, Uplay, Epic Games, the shortcuts appears as .url rather than .exe anyone can help me change them back from .url to .exe

alt + tab not working

Just found a really cool way to make alt+tab INSTANT!!!

In the launch options write the following: -windowed -noborder





This play exactly the same as fullscreen but now you dont have to wait 30 f*@!ing seconds to alt+tab back in!

Also you don't get the little purple/black checkered effect (only in Source games) from alt+tabbing in fullscreen.

Am I missing something. In 10 Alt+Tab no longer switches between the desktop and open applications. You need to perform an extra step to get to the desktop
