    Alternative to Photo app - Using galaxy S8


    I bought a Samsung Galaxy S8 to get a good quality camera to take pictures for ebay....
    Windows 10 photo app import of pictures is absolutely trash

    With my previous camera and previous windows, I used a USB stick, SD card in it and it was very easy

    I used to just plug the SD card into a USB stick and the import picture was running automatically and even deleted the picture after import...


    Now what I get is a particulary SLOW photo app (my PC is not that slow) , and no option to delete after import...

    This is absolute trash
    Is there a alternative to photo app? Something that would be as good as it was back in win7, to import pictures

    Please help

    Your Phone App not Connecting to Galaxy S8

    I have done all the troubleshooting steps mentioned on the support website. I have uninstalled and reset the phone and desktop app multiple times. Nothing can make them connect. They both get stuck on the Check your PC/Phone screen. My phone is an Galaxy
    S8 my laptop is a surface pro 3.

    1. Are you aware of any changes made to this computer prior to the issue?
    2. Are you able to connect your Samsung Galaxy S8 with other devices?
    3. Are you able to connect other Bluetooth devices to your Windows 10 computer?


    Meanwhile, I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned in Fix Bluetooth problems in
    Windows 10     and Can't connect a bluetooth device to the phone or tablet
    and check if you are able to connect your Samsung Galaxy S8 with your Windows 10 computer.
