Windows 10: ALTGR not working - changes window

My ALTGR Key (and CTRL + ALT) stopped working. I cant type characters like { } .

Instead, I leave the window im currently writing on.

Its not my Keyboards fault because I tested it with the virtual Keyboard aswell. Also, I never used something like Remote Desktop.

Can someone help me? This bug makes it impossible to code and im going crazy!

Im on a german Keyboard.

AltGr problem With Remote Desktop universal app

Hi,

AltGr+E is only one example. Every time I use AltGr, I have to press CTLR.

• There are no error codes
• This problem has come with latest updatest to this Remote Desktop universal app
• happen every thime I use AltGr
• Here is info of app

AltGr not working on secundary account

I have a Windows 10 device, a custom desktop, and i added my son account and i cant use any AltGr characters (@, €, etc.). In my account all works fine, any idea?
