Windows 10: AltGr+V combination malfunction

After pressing the AltGr+V key combination, my keyboard switches to a mode where pressing a key results in the AltGr+the pressed key combination, instead of the key itself. When this happens, if I press the Ctrl key and then begin to type the letters on the keyboard, instead of inputting the letters, the computer starts to initiate actions bound to the Ctrl+the pressed key shortcut. Pressing AltGr+V again resets back to AltGr keys. Sometimes this problem does not occur I have been unsuccessful in determining what causes the switch between the two situations, but instead, pressing the Alt

I can't type @ with AltGr + V

It happened few weeks ago that I couldn't use AltGr + V to type @ All other AltGr combinations work fine. Is there maybe a troubleshoot for problems like mine?

 

AltGr Combinations stopped working

AltGr combinations for US INTL Keyboards on Windows 11 stopped working
and i can't do the German ö in any application since a recent update some months ago

Specifically, all the following combinations stopped working on US INTL Keyboard Layout and probably all other keyboard layouts as they have a new action/shortcut action when pressed.

AltGr + E > application loses focus

AltGr + P > application loses focus

AltGr + F > application loses focus

AltGr + C > application loses focus

AltGr + M > Nothing happens

AltGr problem With Remote Desktop universal app

Hi,

AltGr+E is only one example. Every time I use AltGr, I have to press CTLR.

• There are no error codes
• This problem has come with latest updatest to this Remote Desktop universal app
• happen every thime I use AltGr
